If a car has to stay, tell us before we start so we can plan around it. Moving it is still the better option.
Keep Pets and People Inside During Treatment
When we are spraying the roof, pets should be inside. Same for people who do not need to be in the yard. That is the simple rule.
Dogs want to “help.” Cats slip through gates. Kids wander toward the ladders. None of that belongs next to a roof treatment. Once the spray and rinse are done and we say the yard is clear, you can come back out.
If you have a dog door, close it for that window. If you have outdoor animals, let us know ahead of time.

You also do not need to be home the whole time if we already have access and a way to reach you.
